Mike Greaves	Estelle James
Mike was awarded a Post-Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture with Distinction, and was also awarded the Landscape Institute Midland's John Knight prize for the best project of 2008. He has also studied Ecology and has a wide knowledge and love of plants. With a strong interest in historic landscapes, Mike qualified in Garden History at Birmingham University and has published work on the subject¹. He is also an artist who exhibits and sells landscapes and house portraits. He was formerly a science lecturer and Assistant Principal at a Birmingham College.	A life-long passion for plants and gardening led Estelle to a change of career and the training course at Pershore College. She has an extensive knowledge and love of plants, especially trees, unusual shrubs and perennials, and has an instinctive flair for combining and using them to good effect. She is also a skilled designer who can transform the most unpromising area into a stylish and attractive garden through a combination of strong ground-plans, sympathetic materials and clever planting.
